I cant receive notifications after closing APP, why?
1. Confirm that the mobile permission of system notifications has been opened for Enigma Messenger;
2. Open Enigma Messenger - "Me" - "Settings" - "Message Notifications" and set it ON; Some mobiles of Android versions, due to the mobile manufacturers permission control,please follow the corresponding mobile, manually set.

How do I know the status of my messages?
Sending: This means that your messages are in the process of being sent. If it continues for a long time, make sure your device is connected to a normal network. Has been sent: This means your messages have been sent to the Enigma Messenger service. If you see this icon, it means that your devices network connection is OK. Has been delivered: This means that messages have been delivered to the users device. Have read: The read messages will be marked as read.
